The formal dining room is serviced by a caterer's pantry. The large and sunny living room opens to the sea. There are wood floors throughout the house, covered with oriental carpets and of course the house is fully furnished.

The interior offers four large bedrooms, one a two-level suite with a crow's nest view of the ocean, its own deck, bathroom and library. The other bedrooms are large, all with private baths, one with panoramic ocean views. A fifth room, smaller, provides a hideabed and three quarter bath. The kitchen is state of the art with three refrigerators, two stoves, two ovens, two sinks and a dishwasher.

Above and Below: There is a sitting/breakfast room off the kitchen with a fireplace and an octagonal glassed eating area which seats four.
